Movies Page

This will probably be the 2nd largest percentage of the list. Movies are a medium I greatly appreciate, however I do not watch enough of. Something about committing time to watch a movie during a day vs committing time to chip away at a video game just feels so much more exhausting to me. Maybe because it feels like it requires much more attention? Not sure. Either way I still love movies. They're also great for this challenge as you can finish them (90% of the time) in one sitting! This is a quick list of some of my favorites:

As usual theres probably some I'm forgetting in here. This is just off the top of my head. When it comes to movies, I usually have a very hard time picking a movie to watch. It helps to pick one thats currently in theaters, as I find watching a movie in the theater is usually a much more enjoyable experience. I'm hoping to watch movies more like Past Lives, Monster and My Broken Mariko this year. Generally I want to stay away from action movies if I can help it. I love action movies, but its the large majority of my watch history. We'll tally that up at the end of the year.

I also have a letterboxd! Its not totally up to date, and I'm trying to get every movie I've ever watched in there slowly. If I think of a movie I've seen and I'm not sure its in there, I try and add it. Any reviews I write here will also get posted to letterboxd.
